Summer Study Tour 2025
OVERVIEW
Beijing & Tianjin Summer Study Tour 2025 is a 9-day summer study tour that runs from 18 July to 26 July 2025, and offers children aged between 8 and 18 exclusive institution and cultural visits in Beijing, and an incredible opportunity to develop their talents in an array of specialised lecture activities at Tianjin Juilliard School that pivots on interpreting percussion music.
Under the guidance of professional teachers and artists from Tianjin Juilliard, and equipped by world-class performing arts facilities, campers will not only gain exclusive access to high quality educational performances, but also secure a unique opportunity in utilising performance skills they have fostered through the camp in the final concert event, reaching new heights of promoting music cultural literacy amongst youngsters.
The school residency is presented by Tianjin Juilliard School, in collaboration with Toolbox Percussion.


ITINERARY
18-26 July 2025

Day 1 Visit to the National Centre for the Performing Arts, welcome dinner
Day 2 Visit to the Beijing Palace Museum and Temple of Heaven
Day 3-7 Percussion summer camp at Tianjin Juilliard School
Day 8 Final performance, farewell dinner
Day 9 Visit to Tianjin Old Town, debrief and retun to Hong Kong

FEE & APPLICATION
Student participants must be aged between 8 and 18, having attained at least Grade 5 ABRSM Percussion Level. All fee packages cover expenses on accommodation at 4-star hotels, local transportation, and meal expenses (full board, breakfast/ lunch/ dinner). Parent or guardian accompaniment IS mandatory.

*Fees are subject to final airport taxes and government fees.
All student participants are entitled to receive a participation certificate.
